It is a registered trademark managed by Uomasa LLC, utilizing high-quality, fatty saury from the eastern region. It is widely enjoyed at stations, souvenir shops, and roadside stations, becoming a staple souvenir for those visiting Kushiro. A key feature is the accent provided by the flavor of shiso leaves. A luxurious way to enjoy the bounties of the autumn sea in every bite. It is a dish packed with the essence of Hokkaido.
