Higo no Tabi (Journey of Higo)
This is a gift set containing two of Kashi no Kōme's most famous confections, "Homare no Jintaiko" and "Mushagaeshi," in one box. You can experience the full charm of Kumamoto's sweets all at once. Jintaiko is a masterpiece made with plenty of what is considered the highest quality Dainagon adzuki beans, set in agar with a hidden piece of soft gyuhi mochi inside.
