There are two flavors available: Vanilla Milk, made with Jersey milk from Aso and Oguni, and Kumamoto Shiranui Mandarin, which offers a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. Jersey cows are a rare breed, accounting for less than 1% of cattle nationwide, and their milk provides a rich, deep flavor.
