This is a Western-style confection where Hiyoko Honpo Yoshinodo, famous for the renowned 'Hiyoko' sweet, has arranged the French financier into the shape of a chick (Hiyoko). It features a rich aroma of browned butter and almond flavor, with a characteristically moist texture. Each piece is baked individually in a mold that mimics the cute silhouette of a chick.
