Yame Tea, the pride of Fukuoka, is a production area for high-grade tea said to have been introduced around 1423 (Oei 30) during the Muromachi period. We have crafted that Gyokuro Matcha into matcha chocolate and sandwiched it between crispy, thin cookies.
