A bitter cacao cream is sandwiched between fragrant mugikoshi (roasted barley flour) dough born from the barley fields of Ashikaga, offering a sophisticated taste with moderate sweetness. Tasting samples of all products are available at the factory outlet store near the Ashikaga IC.
