Kitakaro Kita no Yumesando

It is a popular confectionery shop from Sorachi, also known for its main store in Sunagawa which features a lush green garden. The soft, cotton-like dough is sandwiched with two types of cream: a white ganache containing raisins and a chocolate cream.
