Sun-Drenched Bright Red Jelly
This jelly is made using red fruits grown under the abundant sunshine of Hokkaido. It is a refreshing sweet with a vibrant appearance that makes you want to reach for it immediately. Hokkaido is a land where even in summer, it remains relatively cool, and there is a large temperature difference between day and night. Fruits grown in such a climate are said to have an excellent balance of sweetness and acidity.
