Senshuan Yamashinyoji
A historic confection released by Sapporo Senshuan in 1921. This famous kawara-senbei (tile-shaped wafer) features an illustration of a bear wearing skis, and its crispy texture infused with the flavor of Hokkaido butter has been loved for over 100 years.
