'Hachiju-hachiya' refers to the 88th day after the beginning of spring, around early May—a time that heralds the arrival of early summer, famously known through tea-picking songs. This product consists of matcha-flavored mochi filled with smooth red bean paste (koshian). The set contains 9 pieces and features a unique way to enjoy it: sprinkling the included separate matcha powder to your preferred intensity.
