This cookie was created by Kinotoya, a popular confectionery shop in Sapporo, as a new form of Hokkaido souvenir. It is crafted into a unique design that you won't find anywhere else: three layers of thin cookies stacked together, with half of the stack coated in chocolate. We are uncompromising in our commitment to Hokkaido-sourced ingredients, using 'Kitahonami' wheat, Hokkaido dairy butter, and sugar beet sugar. Available in two varieties—butter and cacao—the cookies achieve a perfect balance of light texture and rich satisfaction. Since its debut at the New Chitose Airport store in 2018, it has gained popularity as a limited-edition item with restricted daily sales. While crispy and light, it leaves a rich buttery aftertaste. The sense of exclusivity, being available only at the airport, makes it the perfect memento of your travels.
