Ko-Imari Saki (Ko-Imari Sake Brewery)
A sake moving toward the future, brewed in the village of ceramics. This is "Ko-Imari Saki," brewed by Ko-Imari Sake Brewery in Imari City. The brewery's origins date back to 1909, when the Maeda family, who ran a dry goods store at the port of Imari during the Edo period, transitioned into sake brewing. The name "Saki" was introduced in 2018, carrying the wish for further progress. This fruity and easy-to-drink sake is popular among the younger generation and has won numerous awards in domestic and international competitions. When enjoyed from a beautiful ceramic cup in the world-famous home of Imari ware, the experience becomes even more profound. It is a cup that allows you to feel the new charm of Saga's local sake.
