Banrei (Komatsu Sake Brewery)
Entirely handmade. This is a sake that is never produced in large quantities. 'Banrei' is brewed by Komatsu Sake Brewery in Ochi-cho, Karatsu City. It is a small brewery with seven generations of history, which was revived in 1998 when the brewer Daisuke Komatsu became a master brewer at a young age after the brewery had temporarily closed. Under the conviction of 'carefully making good sake by hand,' every process is performed manually. The aroma is gentle, and the rich umami spreads slowly in the mouth, making it a flavor truly preferred by connoisseurs. The meticulous work, possible only through small-batch production, can be deeply felt in every drop.
