Iwa no Kura (Tenzan Sake Brewery)
This sake was born from the clear spring water seeping through the bedrock at the foot of Mount Tenzan. Located in Ogi City, Tenzan Sake Brewery is a brewery founded in 1875 (Meiji 8). The Gion River flowing in front of the brewery is known as a clear stream that collects water from the Tenzan mountain range, and its underground water has supported the brewing process. 'Iwa no Kura' is carefully brewed using this blessed water. With a flavor filled with the purity of water seeping from the bedrock and the dedication of the brewers, it possesses a different charm from the nationally popular 'Shichida.'
