Our innovative approach, focusing on 'aroma' rather than acidity, has captivated many people. It was born in a pâtisserie on Ikuchijima, Setouchi. Faced with management difficulties due to the depopulation of the island, we found a way forward by utilizing the local specialty: lemons. This product gained a reputation for overturning the conventional concept of lemon cake and eventually grew into a representative confectionery of Setouchi, producing nearly one million units annually. As soon as it touches your palate, the fresh aroma of lemon rises. As a gift, it is a confection that delivers the refreshing breeze of Setouchi directly to the recipient.
