Morozoff Pudding

Morozoff's custard pudding has long been a flagship product beloved by the people of Kansai. It began in 1962, when it was first baked as an original menu item at the Morozoff coffee shop in Ginza, Tokyo. As takeout sales eventually began, it became popular among female students in Kobe under the nickname 'Deka-Purin' (Big Pudding), sparking its popularity as a gift. Since 1973, the glass containers have changed to a design that allows for even baking, and they are still well known for many people continuing to reuse these containers today. With its rich and smooth custard, it is a comforting flavor that makes you want to eat it again and again. It is a pudding filled with memories, so much so that you find yourself wanting to save even the empty glass jars.
