Meyer Lemon (Mihama)

It features a rounder shape than typical lemons, with a gentle acidity and low bitterness, making it so easy to eat that you can even consume the peel. Mihama Town boasts the highest annual production in the country, and together with the neighboring Kiho Town, they form a major production area accounting for about ninety percent of domestic production.
