The Takadajima Vineyard benefits from a cool climate at approximately 750m altitude and granitic soil, producing wines with vibrant acidity and rich aromas. Grapes such as Chardonnay and Merlot grow freely in this highland terrain. This vineyard has progressed step by step alongside the reconstruction of the village.
