Ganso Yoshinoya Shiratama Manju
A famous confection founded in 1882, originating from the legend of Princess Yodo of Kawakami Gorge. These are additive-free white steamed buns made using home-milled non-glutinous rice and Hokkaido adzuki beans, finished through a process of double-kneading and double-steaming. It is a fleeting taste with a shelf life of only two days.
