Gin-furo Karinto
A premium brown sugar karinto made using legendary beans and deep-fried three times in a large cauldron. With one bite, you can feel the blessings of the mountain village. The star ingredient is the rare Gin-furo bean, which can only be harvested in Otoyo Town, Kochi Prefecture. The annual harvest is only about 800kg.
