The boat shape is inspired by the transport vessels that traveled along the Shimanto River from the late Meiji era through the Showa era. Utilizing the expertise in selecting and processing potatoes cultivated over many years of making Imo Kenpi (sweet potato sticks), we have carefully brought out the natural, fluffy sweetness of the Shimanto Kintoki potatoes. It is a gentle flavor that honors the inherent deliciousness of the ingredients. At our direct sales shop along the national highway in Shimanto Town, you can even enjoy them freshly baked.
