A sister product that rearranges the popular Kyoto souvenir 'Kyo-baum' into a moist and rich brownie. Kyo-baum is produced by Beito, a Kyoto confectionery shop also famous for 'Otabe,' the raw yatsuhashi filled with sweet bean paste. Their Baumkuchen, baked individually by artisans, is widely loved as a classic Kyoto souvenir. The subtle bitterness of matcha and the richness of chocolate melt together slowly, resulting in a moist and intensely satisfying texture.
