Known for products such as tea leaf crackers made with Uji matcha, they have carefully continued the art of making sweets that highlight traditional Japanese ingredients. This is a fusion of East and West, combining the reliable techniques cultivated over many years of making Japanese rice crackers with the Western ingredient of coconut.
