Shima City boasts the highest production volume of Aosa (green seaweed) in Japan. This is a somewhat rare salt yokan (sweet bean jelly) that captures the essence of that maritime bounty. We have accented it with "Pearl Salt" from Minami-Ise Town, creating a flavor where you can sense the minerals of the sea amidst the sweetness.
