Eiheiji Sesame Tofu Sweets

Yomemata, a merchant serving the Great Head Temple Eiheiji, carefully prepares this sesame tofu using only richly flavored ground sesame paste and Yoshino Hon-kuzu. We have reimagined this classic staple of Zen monk cuisine into a modern sweet suitable for a gift.
