Black Baum
A black Baumkuchen that pairs with Chef Hiroaki Tsujiguchi's 'Kin no Baum' (Gold Baum). It features a pitch-black batter kneaded with cocoa and charcoal, topped with fondant made using the brewing water of Toyama's famous sake 'Maboroshi no Taki'.
