From Chef Hiroaki Tsujiguchi's YUKIZURI series, this 'Hokuriku Santo Monogatari' is an assortment of three types using plum wines from Toyama, Ishikawa, and Fukui. These pie sweets are modeled after the 'Yukizuri' (snow ropes) used in Kenrokuen Garden to protect trees from snow. You can compare the slightly different flavors from each prefecture.
