A kintsuba (sweet bean jelly cake) baked using only the highest quality adzuki beans by Tokuda Seikado, a Japanese confectionery maker in Komatsu. Since its founding in 1936, this shop has selected premium adzuki beans from Tokachi for its creations. Using 100% of these beans, they cook large grains plumply to create a moist filling, which is then carefully wrapped in a thin skin and baked side by side. With one bite, the natural, full-bodied flavor of the adzuki beans spreads throughout your mouth. The wrapping paper, depicting a daimyo procession, is also charming and makes it perfect for gifting.
