Silkmaria is a Swiss-style confectionery founded in Hiratsuka in 1982. On a cold night in 1988, a completely new type of chocolate using plenty of fresh cream was perfected in their kitchen. It is said that the very term 'Nama Chocolate' originated from this shop. With a melting texture and the aromatic flavor of gold sesame added, it achieves a more profound depth of flavor.
