Cire is a Yamagata-based manufacturer that created Japan's first premium gift-grade rusks in 1994, based on the innovative idea of 'baking French bread specifically for rusks.' These cherry rusks are a visually stunning pink seasonal specialty, baked with candied local cherries from the prefecture embedded in the dough. The appearance itself conveys the essence of spring.
