Soba Shop's Kujira-mochi (Soy Sauce Flavor)
A local confection from the Shinjo area, made by steaming a mixture of glutinous rice and non-glutinous rice flour kneaded with walnuts and soy sauce. This sweet and salty soy sauce flavor is another classic variation of Kujira-mochi that becomes addictive.
