When people think of Noshiro, they think of the basketball excellence of the prestigious former Noshiro Industrial High School (now Noshiro Science and Technology High School), which has gained national fame. The history and pride of that city are infused into this sweet. The label features a design of the three stripes found on the socks worn by the players.
