Takamine-do Choco-man
A slightly new fusion of Japanese and Western confectionery where chocolate meets manju (steamed bun). Produced by Takamine-do, located in northern Akita Prefecture. We have kneaded plenty of chocolate into the manju dough. It is a playful item that transcends the boundaries between Japanese and Western sweets. The moderate sweetness of the chocolate and the simple, warm flavor of the manju harmonize beautifully.
