Chiran Tea
When poured into a teacup, a clear, young green color spreads out. The production area is Minamisatsumasaki City, Kagoshima Prefecture. It is the number one green tea town at the municipal level. In 202able, Kagoshima ranked first in Japan for unrefined tea (aracha) production, surpassing Shizuoka for the first time after a long period of dominance.
