We cherish and make full use of venison and wild boar as a blessing from our region. By capturing wildlife that damages crops and utilizing them as a resource without waste, our efforts have gained significant recognition; Wakasa Town's venison was even selected as a theme ingredient in the 2017 Bocuse d'Or Japan qualifiers.
