Inagawa Local Sake

Inagawa Town is located in the southeastern part of Hyogo Prefecture, on the border with Osaka. Nestled quietly within the Satoyama of Hokusetsu, the environment—blessed with pure water and abundant nature—has long and carefully nurtured a simple and warm local sake. This area, which includes the upper reaches of the Inagawa River, is a land where clear streams flowing from the mountains enrich the lives of its people. This pristine water is utilized in the sake-making process, producing a gentle, unpretentious flavor. Enjoying this sake alongside mountain delicacies such as soba or botan-nabe (wild boar hot pot) is a pleasure unique to this region. It is a soul-soothing bottle that you can savor slowly while feeling the changing four seasons of the Satoyama.
