Inami Shuzo Local Sake
This is a local Yamada Nishiki sake that Miki, Japan's number one village for sake rice, is proud of. Inami Shuzo is the only brewery in Miki City, founded in 1889. Miki City is the top production area in Japan for Yamada Nishiki—often called the king of sake rice—and even contains the prestigious 'Special A' district, making it a true holy land for sake rice. The pride of this brewery lies in its brewing process, which makes abundant use of locally grown Yamada Nishiki and the pure waters of the Harima Plain. Featuring their flagship brand 'Aoi-tsuru,' the sake is characterized by a gentle flavor that softly brings out the umami of the rice.
