A brewery that continues to brew sake deeply rooted in the land on an island where the scent of the tide drifts. Sennenichi Shuzo is a brewery on Awaji Island founded in Meiji 8 (1875). On this island, blessed with abundant mountain bounties and fresh fish, we have continued to produce local sake deeply connected to the community. Using traditional techniques, each bottle is handcrafted, resulting in a flavor with proven excellence, including gold medal wins at the National New Sake Awards. Its compatibility with fresh seafood caught on the island is truly exceptional. The mild and easy-to-drink flavor enhances local ingredients.
