Daikon (Daikon)
This is the brewery that brought a revolution to sake by creating 'One Cup Daikoku'. Daikon is a long-established brewery in the Imazu district of Nishinomiya. In 1964, coinciding with the opening of the Tokyo Olympics, they released 'One Cup Daikoku', a cup-style sake that was truly a groundbreaking product, allowing people to easily enjoy sake anytime and anywhere using a cup-shaped container. The wide-mouthed bottle that is easy to drink from and the white 'ONE CUP' label on a blue background remain beloved even after more than half a century. They were the key players in making sake, which previously had a high barrier to entry, much more accessible. With its convenience and reliable flavor, it is a drink that continues to be loved by a wide range of generations for a long time.
