Nihonsakari (Nihonsakari)
A representative brewery of Nishinomiya, familiar for the phrase 'Nihonsakari is good sake.' Founded in 1889 (Meiji 22) with hopes for the development of Nishinomiya, Nihonsakari is a brewery within the Nada-Gogo region. Its name is widely known across the country through long-running television commercials. Characterized by a brilliant ginjo aroma and a clean finish, the brewery has also actively pursued new ways to enjoy sake, such as introducing easy-to-drink canned raw sake (nama genshu). As an established Nada brewery that continues to innovate, it applies the techniques cultivated in sake brewing to the production of cosmetics and health foods.
