Kobe Wine
A local wine born from grapes grown on the hills of Kobe, walking alongside the city. Kobe Wine originated in 1979 when Kobe City began cultivating wine grapes as an agricultural promotion measure. In 1984, 'Kobe Wine Castle' opened in Nishi-ku, Kobe, marking the start of full-scale brewing. Since then, we have remained committed to using 100% Kobe-grown grapes, carefully using grapes that are hand-picked cluster by cluster under a mild climate. At the end of 2024, the business was inherited by Hakutsuru Sake Brewing Co., Ltd., and continues its journey under a new structure. Please enjoy a glass filled with the pride and history of the city, designed to gently accompany the dining tables of Kobe.
