Sakura Masamune (Sakura Masamune)
The progenitor of the 'Masamune' name and the ancestor of Nada brewing, having discovered Miyamizu. Sakura Masamune is a prestigious brewery founded in Uozaki, Kobe, in 1625 (Kanei 2). Among the many breweries bearing the name '... Masamune,' Sakura Masamune is credited as the first to use it. Furthermore, the sixth-generation head is known as the person who discovered 'Miyamizu,' a water ideal for sake brewing, which greatly supported the development of the entire Nada region. It is also the brewery that produced Yeast No. 1 of the Japan Brewing Association. This is a sake in which the very history of Nada seems to reside within its mellow and deep flavor.
