This is a luxurious Japanese confection featuring 'Ginyose,' a premium chestnut from Nose Town—a village famous for its chestnuts—wrapped whole inside a daifuku. Since around 1753, Ginyose chestnuts have been cultivated in Nose, and they are so large that a single nut can exceed 25 grams. We have gently enveloped these sweet, fluffy chestnuts in soft mochi and elegant bean paste.
