With a crisp, clear finish, it is perfectly suited for an aperitif or celebratory occasions. Nagai Shuzo, the brewer of Mizubasho, was founded in 1886. They have crafted their sake by utilizing natural water from Kawaba Village, filtered through the earth of Oze. Most notably, their sparkling sake 'MIZUBASHI PURE'—considered a world first for authentic secondary fermentation in the bottle—is made using the highest quality Yamada Nishiki rice and fermented within the bottle to a gas pressure comparable to champagne. It is a bottle that has even astonished the world's top chefs. Delicate and beautiful bubbles nurtured by the pure waters of Oze.
