We have expressed the sweet-and-sourness and richness of this dish—fried chicken coated in sweet vinegar and topped with tartar sauce—with an extra-intense flavor. With a single bite, the sweet acidity of the Nanban vinegar and the savory umami of the tartar sauce rush into your mouth.
