White Conifer
A white chocolate confection called 'White Conifer,' inspired by the coniferous trees of Shinshu in winter. It is made by Matsuzawa in Takamori Town. It consists of a melt-in-your-mouth langue de chat sandwiching rich milk white chocolate. Each piece is carefully handmade, making it a long-loved staple souvenir of Shinshu. Its beautiful white appearance, reminiscent of snow-covered trees, is also a delight to the eyes. The compatibility between the crispy wafer and the rich chocolate is outstanding, with an elegant sweetness spreading with every bite. At room temperature, it offers a melting sweetness; when chilled, it provides a crisp texture. It is a perfect Shinshu souvenir that can be enjoyed in two different ways.
