'Azumino Kashi Kobo Ayaka' is a confectionery shop located in Azumino City, blessed with the pure underground waters of the Northern Alps. We are well-known for our Baumkuchen and baked goods that utilize local Shinshu ingredients. The Chocolat Duo features two layers of chocolate with different personalities: bitter and milk.
