Located in an area blessed with spring water from the Northern Alps, they produce Japanese and Western sweets to accompany tea. These stick cakes are easy-to-eat, bar-shaped cakes baked like financiers. For the matcha flavor, we use Uji Matcha from Kyoto, finished with a crispy exterior and a moist interior.
