Kukuya Shun-sui Miso Walnut
A creation by Kukuya Shun-sui, located in front of Zenkoji Temple, combining Shinshu miso and walnuts. Nagano Prefecture is a land where miso making flourishes, and it also boasts the highest walnut production in the country. These local blessings are concentrated into a single sweet. Kukuya Shun-sui is a select shop in front of Zenkoji Temple that offers many such renowned products from Shinshu. The subtle aroma of miso within the sweetness provides a lingering deliciousness.
