Iijima Shoten Misuzu Fruit

A fruit jelly confection created by Ueda's Iijima Shoten, the makers of the famous Shinshu confectionery 'Misuzu Ame', utilizing their expertise. Iijima Shoten is a long-established shop founded in Bunka 13 (1816). Recognizing early on that Shinshu is a kingdom of fruits, they created the well-known Misuzu Ame by adding domestic fruits to starch syrup and agar. This confection, which can be considered a sibling product, features the vibrant colors of domestic fruit juices like apple and apricot, along with the natural sweetness of the fruit itself. With every piece, the fresh flavor of fruit gently spreads. The refreshing mouthfeel quietly conveys the reliable craftsmanship that this long-established shop in Ueda has refined over two hundred years.
